In 1996 one of the directors of PRL, introduced pavement rejuvenation technology into the UK, introducing products and technologies to a substantial client base, ranging from Eurotunnel to the MOD. Now PRL, are looking to continue in the revitalisation of roads, shopping centre car parks and airports.

In addition to the traditional surfacing techniques & products offered by most surfacing contractors in the UK, we specialise in the rejuvenation & insitu recycling of the existing asphalt surfacing to improve its longevity, performance & aesthetics, which in addition to many other benefits, promotes cost savings & significantly reduces the carbon footprint associated with the resurfacing works.

Although the systems are relatively new to the UK, the majority of the products & services originate from the USA & have been developed over the past 20 to 30 years. To ensure PRL  remains one of the market leaders of these services in the UK, PRL  have recently been appointed as the representative and agent for Reclamite Rejuvenation Agent & CRF Equipment & Products [produced by Tricor Refining, California].
